Faculty position for Finance

As a Faculty member at IMT CDL, Ghaziabad, you will be responsible for carrying out teaching, research, and Management Development Programs (MDPs) in the field of Finance. Your main duties include: - Effectively educating distance learners through engaging online/offline teaching methods. - Developing curriculum and instructional material for Financial Management specialization courses. - Guiding and mentoring students with passion and expertise. - Leading the instructional team to ensure learning activities align with program objectives. - Designing, developing, and creating Self Learning Material. - Evaluating learning strategies and outcomes to address student needs. - Presenting scholarly papers and representing the Institute at national and international conferences. - Undertaking consultancy assignments and industry interactions. - Creating and delivering corporate training programs and MDPs. - Developing core and industry-relevant certificate courses. - Performing other academic-related duties as assigned. To be considered for this role, you should have: - At least ten years of teaching experience in offline/online mode. - Demonstrated expertise in training, research, and consultancy. - Postgraduate and PhD qualifications in relevant disciplines. - Knowledge of instructional design and student interaction in Open and Distance Learning systems.
