Faculty-MBA(Finance and Analytics)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified faculty member to join our MBA Department with expertise in Finance and Business Analytics. The candidate must hold a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Finance or Analytics – this is mandatory. Candidates should also possess a strong academic background, relevant teaching experience, and preferably have cleared NET/SLET/KSET. The role involves teaching, research, and academic leadership, contributing to the department’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate learning in Finance and Business Analytics for MBA and BBA students.
• Supervise academic research, projects, and dissertations.
• Develop and upgrade course content aligned with current industry trends.
• Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputed journals.
• Actively participate in department meetings, committees, and university-level activities.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance academic and research outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Management with specialization in Finance or Business Analytics – Mandatory.
• Master’s degree in MBA (Finance / Analytics) or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA / Business / Commerce or related fields.
• NET / SLET / KSET qualification – preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of teaching and/or academic research experience in a recognized institution.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth subject knowledge and academic expertise in Finance and Analytics.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Research-oriented mindset with publication record (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, R, Python, or Tableau (for analytics).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Collaborative and proactive academic approach.
