Faculty Housekeeping & Reception (Hotel Management )

Job Summary:The school of Hotel Management at DPMI , Delhi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Faculty Member for Housekeeping and Front Office to teach and mentor students pursuing Hotel Management courses. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Training:

· Deliver theoretical and practical classes in Housekeeping Operations and Front Office/Reception Management.

. Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, practical demonstrations, and assessment materials.

· Conduct practical sessions on cleaning techniques, bed-making, room setup, linen handling, front office software, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest handling.

Student Management:

· Monitor student performance, maintain attendance, and evaluate assignments and assessments.

· Provide individual guidance and support to students for skill enhancement.

· Maintain discipline and ensure a professional learning environment.

Curriculum & Administration:

· Assist in developing and upgrading the curriculum as per industry standards.

· Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and documentation requirements.

· Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and institute activities.

Industry Exposure & Practical Learning:

· Organize industrial visits, guest lectures, and workshops related to housekeeping and hospitality operations.

· Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or relevant specialization.

· Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in housekeeping and/or front office.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS), housekeeping tools, and industry practices.

· Ability to handle both theoretical and practical classes effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
