Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to handle daily factory operations such as production, raw material management, stock reconciliation, quality checks, and dispatch coordination. The candidate should carry at least 4-6 years of experience in similar role demonstrating capabilities in managing workers and factory workflow Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production and staff. Manage raw material ordering and stock tracking. Conduct basic QC checks during production. Maintain Excel reports and daily records. Coordinate dispatch and logistics. Required Skills 4-6 Years of Experience in working on Factory Floor in similar role(Must) Intermediate Excel and basic math (Must) Demonstrated ability of managing people and operations (Must) Experience in QC and dispatch coordination. High level of accuracy, discipline, flexibility and ownership
