Factory Supervisor
Location: Chintamani, Hoskote, Masthenahalli and nearby area.
Experience: 1 year in plant operations (Preferred)
If you are the one who thrives in a dynamic factory environment and can lead, then this role is for you. We’re looking for a proactive and safety-first Factory Supervisor to:
1) Oversee day-to-day plant operations.
2) Ensure safe and efficient material handling.
3) Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams.
4) Train and manage factory staff.
5) Report operational metrics to management.
6) Improve Process efficiency in Factory. Experience in recycling, waste management, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
