Factory Sales Support - KR Dry Transformer

Role Overview: As a Factory Sales Support Specialist at Hitachi Energy's Indian Operation Center in India (INOPC), your primary responsibility will be to support the Transformer Business for Dry Transformer Factory - Korea throughout the sales process. You will play a crucial role in developing a global value chain to optimize value for Hitachi Energy customers across markets. Key Responsibilities: - **Product Marketing Support:** You will support the product marketing organization/customer in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. - **Offer Preparation:** Manage the preparation of technical, financial, and project management aspects of bids/estimates/quotations, indicating prices and trading conditions. - **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks in bids, quotations, and estimates across customers/channels. Participate in the Risk Review process and provide necessary information. - **Market Intelligence:** Analyze sales reports and gather market intelligence to gather essential marketing data. - **Documentation:** Collect and archive documentation related to offers/orders. Report bid/estimate/quotation status and analyze reasons for tenders being lost and won. - **Administration:** Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and business-related events. - **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - **Safety and Integrity:** Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business. Qualifications Required: - Major in Electrical Engineering qualification. - 2~3 years of working experience in sales and marketing functions in the transformer manufacturing industry as a sales specialist, marketing specialist, or administrator. - Sound knowledge of using ERP/SAP, SFDC. - Good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English. Knowledge of Korean language is an added advantage. - Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
