Factory Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-employment and periodic health check-ups for employees.

• Managing occupational health programs and initiatives.

• Providing first aid and emergency medical treatment.

• Creating awareness by conducting various trainings

• Maintaining health records and data.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

• Managing the overall health and safety of the workplace.

• Potentially handling tasks related to ergonomics, ventilation, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Qualification & Typical Requirements:

• Holds a MBBS Degree and registered in Indian Medical Council. Currently Doing PG Candidates can also apply.

• Experience in industrial health, occupational health, or emergency medicine is often preferred.

• Experience 0-2Yrs

• Specific experience with industrial hygiene, health management, and emergency situations may be highlighted.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to engage and educate patients.

• Knowledge in nutrition, exercise, and mental health strategies.
