Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day factory operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Supervise and manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control departments.
• Prepare production reports, analyze data, and present insights to management.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7- 12 years of experience in factory or plant management, preferably in [specify industry, e.g., manufacturing, textiles, or FMCG].
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality management, and supply chain processes.
