Role Overview: You will be responsible for confidently handling complete factory operations in a Pharma & Chemical manufacturing plant located in Badlapur, Maharashtra. Your role will involve looking after all day-to-day factory operations, planning and completing production on time, ensuring quality, documentation & compliance, maintaining safety in the plant and among the team, handling manpower calmly, firmly & respectfully, managing inventory, maintenance & vendors, and ensuring smooth operation of the factory without excuses. Key Responsibilities: - Looking after all day-to-day factory operations - Planning and completing production on time - Keeping quality, documentation & compliance in control - Ensuring safety in the plant and among the team - Handling manpower calmly, firmly & respectfully - Managing inventory, maintenance & vendors - Ensuring smooth operation of the factory without excuses Qualifications Required: - Must be a Chemical Engineer (B.E/B.Tech) or M.Sc (Chemistry) - Minimum 12-15 years of experience specifically in the Pharma & Chemical Industry Additional Details: The company values a person who can take full ownership of the factory, treat it like their own, understand production, people, and compliance, and run the show independently.
