Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations, ensuring efficient production planning, execution, and quality control.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of all factory departments including production, maintenance, stores, and logistics.
• Ensure timely achievement of production targets and adherence to operational deadlines.
• Monitor and manage workforce allocation, shift scheduling, and labour welfare.
• Implement and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental compliance, particularly relevant to lead acid recycling.
• Maintain equipment and facility upkeep through preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, procurement, HR) to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure statutory and environmental compliance as per applicable laws, including waste disposal, pollution control, and hazardous material handling.
• Maintain proper documentation related to factory operations, audits, and inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and improve workplace safety.
• Liaise with senior management regularly and submit operational reports and production summaries.
