Role Overview

Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facility at Cherlapally.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure timely production of custom equipment as per client specifications.
• Lead production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and dispatch teams.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices, cost control measures, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and all statutory regulations.
• Manage workforce allocation, training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare and present production reports, operational KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  8 to 10+ years in manufacturing; preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or fabrication industry.

• Education:

  Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

• Leadership Skills:

  Experience leading multi-disciplinary factory teams.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Exposure to fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, hydraulics, or electrical systems is preferred.

• Tools:

  Familiarity with ERP, production planning software, and lean tools.

• Certifications:

  Exposure to ISO standards, safety audits, and industrial regulations.
