Responsibilities of Factory Manager: Oversee production schedules to meet demand while ensuring quality. Manage and supervise a team of workers, including operators, technicians, and supervisors. Checking raw material inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and managing the storage and organization of materials to ensure easy access and efficiency. Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and machinery. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures. Follow Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949. Work with Quality control teams to monitor raw materials, in-process checks, and final inspections. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct safety audits and training sessions for employees. Train and develop production staff in quality control procedures. Foster a quality-first culture among employees. Coordinate between Production and Quality teams to ensure seamless operations. Report on quality issues, production efficiency, and process deviations to senior management. Educational Background: Bachelors in any specification. Salary: 80K to 1Lakh (As per skills and experience) Must have: 1) Must understand all the responsibilities mentioned. 2) Candidate must be to ready relocate within 15km of the company location.
