Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented BBA or B.Com graduates to join our FACTOps team in Sri City. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in business operations, finance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support company formation and registration, including documentation and statutory filings

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and daily bookkeeping

• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)

• Prepare and file various tax returns and financial reports

• Coordinate with clients to resolve queries related to accounts or documentation

• Assist in process improvements, documentation, and data management

• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulatory changes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) – mandatory

• Strong grasp of basic accounting and compliance principles

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
