Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Nurse located in Pune. The Facility Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and personal care to elderly residents, administering medication, monitoring patient health, and assisting with daily activities. The nurse will develop and implement care plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support residents in their recovery and rehabilitation. Additionally, the Facility Nurse will ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care, dementia care, and chronic conditions management
• Skilled in developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Proficiency in administering medication and monitoring patient health
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Pune
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license
• Additional training in dementia care, palliative care, or mental health is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
