Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance operations across multiple Game Point branches. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge in civil, electrical, plumbing works, and hospitality-related purchases and should also be capable of handling building administration and facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities at all branches (civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)
• Ensure all facilities are well maintained and compliant with safety and operational standards
• Manage repair schedules and preventive maintenance plans for equipment and infrastructure
• Oversee daily facility operations, including cleaning, security, waste management, and utilities
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility needs and renovations
• Handle procurement of maintenance and hospitality items – consumables, tools, and supplies
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, asset register, and inventory
• Coordinate with branch managers for facility-related requirements and improvements
• Monitor budgets, maintenance costs, and recommend cost-saving solutions
• Ensure quick turnaround on urgent facility issues without disrupting operations
• Supervise housekeeping and ensure hygiene and hospitality standards are met

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Facility Administrator
• Technical knowledge in civil, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
• Experience in hospitality industry operations or purchasing is a plus
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to travel to different branches as required

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or Facility Management
• 5+ years of relevant experience in facility and maintenance management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
