Job Description

Plan and coordinate complex non-routine repairs or infrastructure investments, and lead projects in cooperation with Engineering, IT and/or Digitization, for facilities assigned.
Cooperate with Industrial Engineering in the continuous optimization of facilities and technical infrastructure.
Carry out failure or damage analyses of constructions and analyze, evaluate and propose alternative solutions.
Coordinate workers and technicians for maintenance of facilities, installations and equipment relating to sanitation, heating, air conditioning, and electrical installation.
Complete protocol and facility inspections in all parts and initiate remedial activities.
Plan and monitor digitalization projects and cooperate with respective internal and external resources.

Graduate Degree in Engineering, Facility Management
