As the person in charge of facility operations at Work Dynamics, your role involves prioritizing the property's needs and overseeing the day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are efficiently managed. Continuous improvement in processes is key in your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee administrative functions, security issues, and facility services - Manage property supplies to ensure smooth operations - Handle supply and service contracts approved by clients - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management - Monitor health and safety issues and review them regularly - Manage the property's budget and petty cash - Ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards - Seek opportunities to improve operations and achieve key performance metrics - Conduct routine service audits and create necessary reports for clients Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of property operations - Degree in business or hotel and building management - 3-5 years of experience in facilities management - Good working knowledge in occupational safety - Aptitude in client-centric operations Additionally, you should have a solid background in team management and possess skills in effectively rolling out improvement plans, superior communications, and reporting.
