Job Position:

Facility Executive

Responsibilities

End-to-end facility operations management
Vendor management: electrical, networking, housekeeping, security, HVAC, repairs
Oversee facility maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules
Handle electrical systems, basic networking, routers, switches, internet uptime
Supervise and manage on-site staff (housekeeping, security, support)
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the coworking space
Coordinate with management on issues, improvements, and escalations

Requirements

Strong electrical and networking knowledge
Prior experience in facility / operations management
Proven ability in vendor and staff management
Comfortable working independently and solving issues on the ground
Willing to be physically present on-site

Good to Have

Experience in coworking spaces, commercial buildings, IT parks, or managed offices
Basic understanding of safety, compliance, and maintenance documentation
