Manage overall facility operations ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment.
Coordinate and oversee vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, SLAs, and service quality.
Manage cafeteria operations, including vendor coordination, menu planning, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Liaise with vendors for procurement, contract renewal, and issue resolution.
Monitor facility maintenance, including housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and security services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Maintain records of all facility-related activities, expenses, and vendor contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to address facility-related needs and concerns.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility management and cafeteria services.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
Prior experience in facility and vendor management, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong vendor negotiation and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
Proficient in MS Office and facility management software is a plus.
