Facilities Manager

As an experienced Facilities Management professional with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical hard services Facilities Management at Cult - Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd. You should hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a strong background in managing facilities. Your role will involve managing various aspects of facilities management, including but not limited to pools water quality, pool operators, HK vendors, janitors, and multi-skilled technicians. It is essential that you have prior experience in managing swimming pools and ensuring water quality standards are met. In addition to day-to-day operations, you will be involved in ongoing and new project management, ensuring seamless project launches and additions. Your expertise in Opex tracking design and management will be crucial in optimizing operational expenses. As a key member of the team, you will provide solutions and guidance to the regional team across multiple locations in India, including Bangalore, Delhi, and Hyderabad. Your role will also involve validation of purchase orders and providing support for ticketing management.
