Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Management Executive located in Gurugram. The Facilities Management Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing building maintenance. This role involves coordinating with service providers, ensuring compliance with company standards, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly. The executive will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure that all facility management services are delivered effectively.

• Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Building Management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good collaboration and team coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
