Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Management Executive located in Gurugram. The Facilities Management Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing building maintenance. This role involves coordinating with service providers, ensuring compliance with company standards, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly. The executive will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure that all facility management services are delivered effectively. Qualifications Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills Building Management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Good collaboration and team coordination skills Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
