Facilities Maintenance Manager

You are a highly skilled and experienced Facilities & Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all building-related activities to ensure that our facilities are safe, well-functioning, and efficiently maintained. Your main duties will include managing facility operations, coordinating installations and refurbishments, supervising a team of technicians and custodial staff, monitoring building systems, scheduling preventive maintenance tasks, and liaising with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing facility budgets, maintaining accurate records, responding to emergency repair requests, overseeing space utilization planning, and managing housekeeping staff and security. As the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that all equipment and utilities are fully operational to support daily operations. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with a team will be essential in this role.
