Facilities Executive

We at Magarpatta Group of Companies are hiring Facilities Executive . The work location shall be Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune

Job Description for the role:

1. Monitor and control building systems including HVAC,

2. Lighting, security and fire safety .

3. Ensure optimal building performance efficiency and comfort .

4.Troubleshoot and resolve system faults and alarms.

5.Perform routine maintenance and repairs.

6. Generate reports.

7. Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts.

Education Qualification - B.E. Electrical

Mandatory Requirement :

1. 3+ years of experience in the relevant works

2. Male candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
