Facilities Executive

You will be joining Dameasy Consumer Products as a Facilities Executive where you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations and infrastructure of the manufacturing unit. Your responsibilities will include overseeing facility operations, coordinating with vendors, monitoring maintenance schedules, supervising blue-collar staff, conducting facility audits, tracking utility usage, and maintaining documentation logs. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day facility operations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance - Coordinate with security, housekeeping, pest control, and utility vendors for smooth functioning - Monitor maintenance schedules, track service contracts, and ensure preventive upkeep of assets - Supervise blue-collar staff across maintenance, security, and sanitation; ensure attendance, discipline, and performance - Conduct regular facility audits for safety, health, and compliance checks - Monitor security footage, manage access control, and ensure incident escalation and documentation - Work closely with manufacturing and admin teams to support operational needs and resolve facility issues - Track utility usage (power, water, compressed air) and implement energy efficiency improvements - Maintain documentation logs, maintenance records, and vendor contracts for audit and compliance Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years experience in facility or plant management (preferably F&B or manufacturing) - Strong leadership skills with hands-on execution and vendor coordination - Familiarity with compliance, safety standards, and general infrastructure systems - Working knowledge of spreadsheets and reporting formats By joining Dameasy, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the quality, safety, and efficiency of a brand that is redefining how food is made and delivered.
