Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Facilities Services Coordinator at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. The Facilities Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily facilities operations, managing facility-related tasks, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing facility maintenance requests, supporting budgeting and cost control efforts, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication within the facilities team and other departments.

Qualifications

Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Budgeting and Cost Control
Ability to work on-site and coordinate with team members in Chennai
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using facility management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
