Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assess developmental, behavioural, and learning needs of children and implement curriculum accordingly.
Implement structured interventions, early learning goals, and behaviour support strategies.
Work closely with children to build communication, social, cognitive, motor, and self-help skills.
Adapt classroom activities and modify curriculum based on each child's learning profile.
Maintain detailed documentation of observations, progress, and session notes.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistency and progress across settings.
Guide parents with home-based strategies to support the child's development.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and sensory-friendly learning environment.
Participate in team meetings, reviews, and interdisciplinary planning.
Stay updated with best practices in early intervention and special education.
