Role Overview:

We’re looking for a smart and creative Facebook/Meta Ads Executive who understands the ad ecosystem and knows how to make the algorithm work in our favor. You'll work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to drive real results for brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch & optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (cold, retargeting, lookalike, etc.)
• Analyze ad performance (CTR, ROAS, CAC, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, etc.)
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences & placements
• Manage catalog-based and dynamic product ads for e-commerce clients
• Track and report daily performance with insights
• Stay updated with Meta ad policy changes & trends

Who Should Apply:

✅ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
✅ Strong understanding of ad metrics & performance funnel✅ Experience with Shopify, GTM, Meta Pixel & Events Manager✅ Good command over ad copy and creative feedback✅ Agency experience preferred✅ Must be available for full-time in-office role in Gurgaon
