MBA candidates with Digital Marketing knowledge is more preferable Role Overview: We’re looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram . Your goal? Maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), generate leads, and scale revenue for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Sales, Traffic, Engagement). Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and bid adjustments for maximum conversions . Implement retargeting & lookalike audiences to boost performance. Budget & Performance Management: Manage ad budgets efficiently to reduce CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) . Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and adjust strategies in real-time. Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Creative Collaboration: Work with designers to create high-converting ad creatives . Test different ad formats (Carousels, Videos, Stories, Reels) for best results. Client Communication: Explain performance metrics clearly to clients. Suggest new strategies to scale successful campaigns . Skills & Qualifications: ✔ 1-3 years experience running Meta Ads (agency experience preferred). ✔ Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and Events Setup . ✔ Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio). ✔ Experience with lead generation & e-commerce campaigns . ✔ Certifications (Meta Blueprint) are a plus .
