The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, lead generation, and campaign management, with proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and qualified lead generation. Manage and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to achieve performance targets (CPL, CTR, ROI). Lead SEO initiatives including technical SEO, link building, and on/off-page optimization to improve search rankings. Design and manage email marketing & lead nurturing campaigns to support sales pipelines. Oversee Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts. Analyze web analytics, campaign data, and user behavior to optimize marketing performance. Manage online reputation (ORM) and enhance brand credibility across digital platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, and sales) for campaign alignment. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers to deliver impactful results. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT industry with exposure to B2B marketing. 4+ years of overall experience in digital marketing with leadership experience in the B2B segment. Proven expertise in: Social Media Marketing: LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads Google Ads & Meta Ads Lead Generation & Email Marketing Automation SEO & Technical SEO, Link Building Online Reputation Management (ORM) Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Excellent communication and campaign planning abilities.
