Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Facade Estimator. The Facade Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates for various façade systems, and coordinating with clients and suppliers. The role also involves evaluating technical specifications, conducting material take-offs, and ensuring estimates align with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and experience in cost estimation and material take-offs for construction projects
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, technical documents, and specifications
Familiarity with façade systems, cladding materials, and building standards
Proficiency in estimation software and tools, as well as basic computer skills (MS Excel, AutoCAD, etc.)
Excellent communication, client interaction, and negotiation skills
Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in façade estimation or a similar role is a significant advantage
