Oversee and manage all façade-related activities at the project site. Resolve site-related issues pertaining to façade execution and coordinate with superiors when required. Represent the company in client meetings and ensure professional communication and reporting. Liaise with the client team and address queries or concerns related to façade works. Ensure timely availability of materials at the site by coordinating with the store and procurement teams. Monitor site inventory and maintain proper records of material movement and usage. Ensure that all labour arrives on time and that daily work progress is tracked and reported. Take full ownership of the site , ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and vendors for smooth execution of daily tasks. Report progress, issues, and requirements to the reporting manager regularly. Assist in resolving technical façade-related problems in coordination with senior engineers or consultants. Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards on site

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Facade Estimator. The Facade Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates for various façade systems, and coordinating with clients and suppliers. The role also involves evaluating technical specifications, conducting material take-offs, and ensuring estimates align with project timelines and budgets. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and experience in cost estimation and material take-offs for construction projects Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, technical documents, and specifications Familiarity with façade systems, cladding materials, and building standards Proficiency in estimation software and tools, as well as basic computer skills (MS Excel, AutoCAD, etc.) Excellent communication, client interaction, and negotiation skills Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in façade estimation or a similar role is a significant advantage
