Facade Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of facade systems:curtain walls, glazing, ACP , stone and metal cladding.
• Review and approve facade shop drawings, materials, submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with facade contractors, consultants, architects and structural teams.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved specifications.
• Oversee mockups, testings, inspections and snag closure.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues and report to project management.
• Support value engineering and technical optimisation.

Required Skills:

• B-tech in civil/ mechanical engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in facade engineering or facade construction.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, system , aluminium and glazing works.
• Experience in high rise/ commercial and mixed used projects.
• Good communication, coordination and leadership skills.
