5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a related environment.
Strong technical knowledge of general fabrication machinery.
Proven leadership experience, managing teams in a production or industrial environment.
Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and fabrication specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Maintain accurate logs for production output, downtime, defects, material usage, and labor hours.
Recommend new tooling, equipment upgrades, or production methods to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
nspect completed work to ensure design specifications, tolerances, and quality standards are met.
