We’re looking for a skilled Fabrication Supervisor to lead fabrication shop operations and ensure seamless coordination between production teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead cutting, bending, welding & assembly operations

• Deliver production as per project timelines

• Ensure fabrication quality as per drawings & tolerances

• Coordinate with Design & Production for process planning

• Manage manpower, attendance & shop productivity

• Inspect incoming materials & fabricated components

• Maintain 5S, safety & shop discipline

• Prepare daily production and material reports

• Drive continuous improvement to eliminate waste & rework
