Role Description

This full-time role as a Fabrication Manager for the Aluminum door and window industry is on-site and located in Noida. The Fabrication Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality control, manage production teams, and supervise welding processes. Responsibilities include coordinating operations, maintaining production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising with other departments to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and ability to manage production teams
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure product standards are met
• Skills in Production Management and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Fabrication of Aluminum Glass window and door techniques and processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the aluminum door and window industry is must.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
