The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the sheet metal and fabrication industry and possess in-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, production planning, and quality control. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 🏗️ Oversee fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly 🛠️ Plan and execute daily production schedules based on job orders 📏 Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications 📦 Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and quality output 📋 Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for productivity and efficiency 🧾 Maintain records for production output, raw materials, and manpower 🧪 Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions if needed 👨‍🏭 Supervise shop floor operations and ensure safety compliance ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: 🎓 Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 🧰 Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication/production 📘 Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, tools, and materials 📊 Proficiency in production planning, shop floor control, and quality checks 🗣️ Good communication and team management skills 💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office and production tracking software 🚫 Note: 📌 Only candidates from the sheet metal and fabrication industry should apply ❗ Applications from unrelated industries will not be considered 📞 To Apply: Kamal Jeet Madan- 98111 01195
