FABRIC SALES EXECUTIVE

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients (e.g., garment manufacturers, fashion brands, retailers).
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas as assigned by management.
• Present and demonstrate fabric samples and catalogs to customers.

• Maintain deep knowledge of various fabric types, weaves, textures, and finishes.
• Provide technical guidance and suggestions based on customer requirements (e.g., fabric suitability, durability, cost-effectiveness).
• Stay updated with textile trends, innovations, and market demands.

• Develop long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
• Recommend adjustments to products or pricing strategies based on market intelligence.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and order statuses.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit summaries for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
