Job Description

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and target new clients (garment manufacturers, exporters, designers, retailers).
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and client visits.

2. Product Knowledge and Presentation

  • Have thorough knowledge of the fabric types (woven, knit, blends, etc.), textures, and uses.
  • Present and demonstrate fabric samples to clients.
  • Advise clients on suitable fabrics based on their needs.

3. Order Management and Coordination

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track orders from initiation to delivery.

4. Market Research and Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Gather customer feedback to guide product development and improvements.

5. Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Address client concerns or issues quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
