FAAS-Manager - Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at EY, you will play a crucial role in bridging business and IT for IT tool implementation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and document business requirements related to reinsurance processes. You will collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client expectations. Additionally, you will support testing, validation, and user training activities. It is essential to communicate effectively in French with stakeholders across regions. Previous experience in the insurance sector would be advantageous for this role. **Qualification Requirement:** - BE/Btech/MBA (Finance) with Commerce or Engineering Background **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and document business requirements related to reinsurance processes. - Coordinate between business users and IT teams to ensure solution alignment. - Support testing, validation, and user training activities. - Communicate effectively in French with stakeholders across regions. - Insurance experience preferred. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 5 to 10 years in IT tool implementation projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in business process mapping and solution configuration. - Fluent in French (mandatory).
