They also work closely with other departments. Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service, handling complaints, and implementing measures to enhance customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking food and beverage supplies, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Sales Optimization: Maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
