Desired Qualifications And Experience

• Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Working knowledge of frameworks like Flask, Django.
• Working experience of MongoDB.
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• ORM and RDBMS knowledge.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of server-side templating languages.
• Expertise in Core Python.
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Experience in FastAPI.
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
• Experience with version control systems, databases, and API integrations.
  

Good To Have

• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience integrating or fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar GenAI tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with text analytics, embeddings, and semantic search concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI) for NLP or GenAI applications.
