Job Description

Around 1 year onsite opportunity to Saudi Arabia

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain System and Design FMEAs for exterior components.
Define Design Verification Plans (DVP) and test strategies based on identified failure modes.
Collaborate with FSS suppliers to align on top DFMEA issues and drive resolution.
Define test criteria, severity ratings, and validation priorities.
Understand and assess cross-functional impacts across components and systems.
Translate potential design failures into appropriate test cases.
Ensure compliance with homologation-relevant tests and regulatory requirements.
Manage DVP execution by tracking test progress, engaging suppliers, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Compile and present DVP progress and issue status to the OEM Forum, when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of exterior systems such as glazing, wipers, cladding, and trims.
Familiarity with homologation processes and validation requirements.
Strong communication and coordination skills for supplier and cross-functional team interaction.
Experience using FMEA software/tools and test tracking systems.
