About Us

We are a leading supplier of high-quality Dolomite Powder, with mining operations based in Jaipur and an office located in Faridabad. With a strong focus on quality and timely delivery, we cater to both domestic and international markets.

We are now looking to expand our international footprint and are hiring an experienced Export Sales Manager with a proven background in mineral or mining exports.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and convert international leads for dolomite powder and other mineral products.

Actively call, email, and engage with potential buyers across the globe to generate and close sales.

Develop new B2B export relationships through online platforms (IndiaMART, Alibaba, ExportHub), trade fairs, export councils, and network outreach.

End-to-end handling of the export cycle: lead generation, quotations, pricing, negotiations, documentation, logistics coordination, and after-sales.

Work closely with the mines team for dispatch schedules, quality control, and delivery commitments.

Handle export documentation, freight coordination, and communication with CHA, forwarders, and DGFT as required.

Maintain a database of overseas contacts, update CRM tools, and provide regular sales reports.

Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual export revenue targets.

Requirements

7 to 15 years of export sales experience, preferably in mining, minerals, or industrial raw materials.

Hands-on experience in direct client communication must be confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing international deals.

Familiarity with INCOTERMS, export documentation, DGFT, LC payments, and shipping processes.

Existing relationships with buyers/importers in relevant industries is highly desirable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Must be willing to work full-time from Faridabad office.

Preferred Backgrounds

Export sales professionals from sectors like mining, ceramics, industrial chemicals, limestone, dolomite, refractory, or construction raw materials.

Experience using tools like IndiaMART, Alibaba, ICEGATE, Export Genius, and export promotion councils.
