Lead Frontend Developer (ReactJS) (ReactNative) Role: Develop, enhance, and optimize the FantasyFi web and mobile applications, ensuring cutting-edge performance and an exceptional user experience. Location: Faridabad, Haryana, India About FantasyFi: FantasyFi is a fast-growing fantasy sports platform that combines daily fantasy games and prediction-based tournaments. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Frontend Developer to take a lead role in shaping the user experience of our web and mobile applications. You'll be instrumental in developing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing interface for our users. Responsibilities Frontend Development & Innovation: Architect, develop, and implement new features and modules for the FantasyFi web and mobile applications using ReactJS. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable, and performant code. Drive the adoption of best practices for frontend architecture, component design, and state management. Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and trends, proposing and implementing improvements. Performance & User Experience Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth interactions. Implement advanced optimization techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, and efficient caching strategies. Enhance SEO best practices within the application to improve visibility and user acquisition. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for a consistent user experience. Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with the Backend Development team to define and integrate APIs efficiently and securely. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine designs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Utilize AWS CloudFront and S3 for optimized asset caching and global content delivery. Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on reusability and scalability. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and reliability. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of dedicated experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of building complex web applications. Expertise in ReactJS: Deep understanding of React ecosystem, including hooks, context API, state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand), and component lifecycle. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3: Strong command of modern web technologies. Advanced API Integration: Proven ability to efficiently fetch, process, and display data from RESTful APIs, with experience in error handling and data normalization. Exceptional Performance Optimization Skills: Demonstrable experience with techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, asset minification, critical CSS, and advanced caching strategies to achieve sub-second load times. Strong understanding of web security principles as they apply to frontend development. Basic AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with CloudFront and S3 for content delivery network (CDN) management and static asset hosting. Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
