Role Description

Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents
• Handle commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, and customs authorities
• Coordinate with banks for negotiation of export documents

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in export documentation
