Export Sales Executive

Job Description

We are hiring a Export Sales Executive to assist in market research, sales coordination, documentation, and marketing activities. This role is ideal for graduates who are detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and want to grow in sales & marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and collect buyer/supplier data.
• Prepare reports on market demand and competitor activity.
• Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
• Manage postings on B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
• Support in drafting professional emails and follow-ups with leads.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices (under supervision).
• Maintain lead records, communications, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with buyers/suppliers.
• Assist in drafting shipping/contract documents and maintaining records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate (Business/Commerce/Science preferred).
• Good English communication (written & verbal).
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, email, internet research).
• Basic knowledge of trade process (training will be provided).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary (as per company policy).
• Performance-based incentives on successful deals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
