Export Sales Cordinator

We cater to HoReCa, QSRs, Catering, and Private Labelling industries, providing customized products such as fries, nuggets, hash browns, and patties. Located in Ahmedabad, we also offer contract manufacturing for MNCs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Export Sales Coordinator. The Export Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling export documentation, managing customer service interactions, coordinating with export logistics, and ensuring smooth ocean freight operations. Additional tasks include maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with export regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Export Documentation and Export processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in coordinating Ocean freight operations Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in an on-site team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the food processing or frozen snacks industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Show more Show less
