Export Planner

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling the complete Supply chain of Exports for Raw Material & Finished goods, managing end-to-end export operations with compliance and accuracy. Your role will involve coordination with factories/procurement team/supply chain team for raw material & FG to ensure on-time production/dispatch. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring proper packaging/labelling in compliance with the rules & regulations of the respective country. Independently handling Freight forwarding for shipments related to ancillary unit of Dabur in locations such as Dubai, Egypt, etc. will also be a part of your responsibilities. Arrangement of containers & their stuffing at factory/port, handling shipment clearance, and all issues related to excise/customs will fall under your purview. Final checking of pre/post shipment documents for custom/buyer/bank purposes, coordination with inspection agencies like SGS & EIA, ensuring timely dispatch of shipment, documents to buyer/bank & inspection agencies, and maintaining MIS regarding the shipments are key tasks you will be handling. You will also be responsible for resolving queries received from ancillary unit/Marketing team on a day-to-day basis.
