Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to exports performance, sales, and dispatches.
Create customized dashboards and presentations for the
VP Exports
using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Track export order status, shipments, and documentation accuracy through SAP and other reporting tools.
Consolidate data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights for business planning and decision-making.
Identify performance trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, planning, and sales) to gather and validate data.
Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and review meetings with analytical reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualification:
Any graduate degree

Experience:

MIS / Data Analysis
within the Exports
Exports
domain.

Industry Preference:
Candidates from
FMCG
or
Personal Care
industries will be given preference.
